Brick & Chimney restoration with copper gutter install.

Nayled’It Property Services INC. restored the exterior of this 1870s building. The chimneys were removed and replaced with salvage period correct brick. Damaged bricks were tuck pointed and/or removed and replaced with salvage period correct brick. Copper gutters were installed to add a timeless appearance. This building and property are still undergoing construction and updates.

Western Red Cedar Custom Arbor and Fence

Nayled’It custom builds projects on site.

This arbor was custom constructed using pressure treated pine post set 30 inches deep, western red cedar utilized above grade. The concave western cedar picket fence compliments the arbor beautifully.

Custom composite deck with railing system, dig defense, and natural stone skirt.

Nayled’It Installed this 1780 square foot of Timber Tech composite deck complete with hidden fasteners. Framework was initiated with the installation of 47 concrete piers, each 5 ft. x 16 in. The framing was constructed with 2x12 ground contact pressure treated yellow pine. Butyl rubber applied to surfaces of the wood for rot resistance. The custom stainless steel cable railing system was built and installed on site. The entire parameter of the deck was completed with 18in in ground dig defense rodent system installation. Lastly, the skirting of deck was finished with stacked natural stone.
